Event Planning Information

The Treehouse at Vista Hills rests in a tree-lined, serene space in the heart of the vineyard and combines contemporary flair with subtle, rustic elegance. The Treehouse offers multiple spaces that can accommodate any size or type of event, both indoors and out.

  • Days/Hours ~ Regular business hours are 12 - 5 p.m. seven days a week. Events are welcome any hour of any day, subject to availability. A seven day notice is required.
  • Space ~

    Total area: 6,000 square feet

    Tasting Room: 480 square feet

    Conference Room: 230 square feet

    Barrel Room: 1,090 square feet

    Deck: 600 square feet

    Great Room: 700 square feet

  • Reservation Guarantee ~ Upon receipt of non-refundable deposit and signed event agreement.
  • Set-Up ~ Wine glasses, tables, chairs, and other furniture are all available at the Treehouse. Extra equipment and supplies can be arranged with caterer or by host. Food may be brought in by the caterer or by host. Please contact Powers Oregon Company for suggestions on recommended caterers, musicians and florists.
  • Wine Service ~ From our Winery: Vista Hills Vineyards premium current releases of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. We can also supply sparkling wines and malt beverages upon special request.
  • Outside Beverages ~ Non-alcoholic beverages can be arranged by the caterer. Distilled beverages not permitted.

  • Schedule Use Rate ~ Charges apply for use beyond regular business hours, by the hour. One employee for every 30 guests is required.

    Balance Due ~ Deposit is required to reserve space; the balance is due at the conclusion of the event. The person named on the event contract must be present to pay balance due or the staff must be notified prior to the event of the person responsible for the remaining balance.
