February 16th Winemaker's Dinner at the Treehouse

We had a great time hosting our first winemaker’s dinner on February 16, 2008 just in time for the Valentine’s Day weekend.

This was the first in a series of three dinners for the 2008 calendar year. The first dinner featured winemaker Michael Stevenson of Panther Creek Cellars. We'll be announcing the details about our next dinner soon.

The dinner was an amazing five course fixed menu showcasing the culinary artistry of Chefs Nick and Carmen Peirano of Nick’s Italian Café. Each course of the dinner was carefully paired with Vista Hills wine. You can see the menu in PDF format here - VH_nicks_menu_single.pdf (583k)
