Food and Wine at the Breathtaking Brookside Inn

Participants kicked back July 3rd and strolled through a menu pairing wines from Vista Hills with locally-inspired platings. Northwest talent Autumn Maddox-McTaggert, former Chef de Cuisine at Seattle's Crush, was edible architect. The Inn is situated comfortably in nearby Carlton, at 8243 NE Abbey Road, in the heart of wine country. Gardens, streams and footpaths cover the cozy property, making it an ideal wine country hideaway. Thanks to all who dined.
